LHR-JFK in F = 210
JFK-LCY in CW = 210
LHR-JFK in CW (MFU from WT+) = 90
EWR-DFW-PDX (RTN) in F (YUP) on AA = 120 (60 + 60 as both under 2k miles)
JFK-LHR in CW (MFU from WT+) = 90

Total = 1,120 TP's so 380 short of Gold.

If I'm incorrect with my guestimation above please feel free to correct me.
I also have LCY-AMS return already bagged so that's 20 TPs.

According to the AA forum the EWR-DFW-PDX is a single ticketed route so it would be one flight of c. 3,200 miles. Would that net me 180 TPs each way or 210 in F?

So I think I'm either at 1,340 or 1,400 TPs depending upon the status of the AA flight.

Then I just have to work out the best way to find the missing points...
