Programs: No flights since April 2019 (Medical Issues). Lost all my status.

The Internet is your friend. Use it to find maps of all the airports. Take paper copies of the maps with you. Study them before landing.

NEVER leave the security areas when changing flights, unless there is no other possibility. Ask your seatmates for help; they may be familiar with the upcoming airport. The maps will be very helpful as you converse with them.
