On a BA flight, E is a premium economy booking class, and is eligible for earning.

However, on a QF flight, E is the lowest economy booking class, and earns nothing in BAEC. The Ultimate Guide is a little unclear on this point.

The fact that QF E class does not earn anything in BAEC is deliberate. It is also ineligible in AA's frequent flyer scheme.

However, you can earn from QF E class in QF's own frequent flyer scheme.
