1. Yes. All international arrivals need to go through immigration, collect bags and go through customs at their first arrival point within the US.

2. Yes. There is a bus you can catch from TBIT to the United terminal, or you can walk it which will take 5-10 minutes.

3. Yes. Terminals 5-8 are all connected air-side.
