Oh I agree. We should have both. My point is if something is an acronym (like DM for Diamond Medallion) call it that, don't call it an abbreviation. (I wouldn't want the GrammarTalk.com board folks laughing at us.)
Entries such as EUA should be noted as being obsolete in the merged NW/DL company.
Under MM I suggest a note explaining the common use of MM/FO, MM/GM, etc.
If we don't define common industry terms (open jaw, stopover, layover come to mind) we should have a link to a more general glossary.
Another idea would be to include simple rarely changing Delta info (hubs, fleet, ...) just for simple reference by the newbie.
If it gets too big, there should be an acronym/abbreviation listing which would cross reference into the main glossary. This for convenience.
There's no entry for SkyMiles! And UDH is obsolete.
