I fly Qatar business out of LHR 3/4 times a year and have used the new lounge twice. It certainly looks smart and the staff are very attentive but I would prefer to have a buffet-style of food and drink. In the Skyteam lounge you can go upstairs and not have to ask for service. Fortunately both times it was relatively empty.
