Let em board early to get settled in and make it easier for others. Not sure if they should be charged for it really. Then they might want to skip it and just be a bother. What they need to do, is if you needed extra time to get on, dont try to rush off then when deplaning. Wait and let others by. I have seen people standing around waiting for strollers or too many wheelchairs being filled to let people off the plane.
