Actually I have never proclaimed anything of the sort. If you're going to comment on what I have written here, at least read it first.

It's fine on the fairness, but not so good on relevance. What seems to have you in a frenzy is a survey result in which AC did well. I'm guessing that some of those who answered the survey considered AC's TATL/TPAC offerings and how they measure up in comparison to other TATL/TPAC products, and that others based their responses on their experience in domestic and transborder flying. Golly gosh, you know there are people out there who have enjoyed the front cabin ride in AC's currently wifi-less A-320 or XMed 767 on North American routes more than they enjoy AA's 757 retrojet. Perhaps there are people who prefer AC's IFE to internet access, or who would rather fly without hearing cockpit announcements about prohibitions on congregating near lavs or leaving one's ticketed cabin on a flight to CUN. You're welcome to your own criteria, and some will feel as you do. Others won't, and maybe it's time to accept that and move on.
