I agree this is on the tight side.

10am is the start of the Asian rush - AC4, JAL18 and China Eastern if it's late. Speaking of late, that Jazz flight doesn't have a stellar record recently: http://flightaware.com/live/flight/JZA8090

I don't think Air Canada and Air North have any kind of interlining so OP is going to be on separate tickets. Risky IMO.
