Quite, the poor thing was visibly upset but managed to remain professional ... god knows how; she was shaking and tearful. I wanted to go over to her to give her a hug. The grandson (11 or 12 years old) was very embarrassed he just sat there with his head down in his hands, the look he gave his granddad was frightening.
