It happens on both my Tri-Star and the Western Flyer. I've had both bags for about 3 years now. I use the Western Flyer almost every day for work and my regular travel. The Tri-Star gets use only on the longer trips.

I wonder now if others have also experienced this, or maybe I'm too rough of a bag handler?
