I booked ATL/FRA via JFK. Original connection was 45 min in JFK. A slight change in departure times resulted in a message on my itinerary that I could miss my connection, even though it's still 45 min. So why the warning? I am willing to take an earlier ATL/JFK flight, but they won't budge, and of course I can't do SDC on international.
