For the IPad and android junkies out there, there's an app called trafikanten which helps immensely navigating Oslo public transit. Even gives satellite views of how to walk between stops. Sweet, and free!

I'm guessing that it's pulling data off the web, so best to do research from hotel's wifi connection, we all know how expensive data roaming can get.
