Well we did get the upgrade, although this was primarily because we arrived at midnight and the 2 rooms that were supposed to have axtra roll out beds did not have them, despite phoning the hotel direct twice to confirm.

Anyway the 3 bedroom apartment in Tower Two was superb albeit without the Bvlgari toiletries.

We tried to use the washing machine and it turned out it was broken, not only did they put a brand new one in but sent a bowl of fruit and bottle of wine to the room to apologise.

All in all another great stay and we will be back.
