Doha transit - access between premium terminal and main building
I am traveling ARN-DOH-CAN on QR in J and will be directed to the premium terminal for my transit.
However, my friend is traveling on QR in Y on xxx-DOH-CAN, ie the same flight out of DOH. Our incoming flights to DOH are within a few minutes of eachother and we have abut 3,5 hours stopover in DOH. But we will be directed to different terminals.

Is there a way to hook up before getting on the outbound flight?

I hold no status with QR, but can I buy lounge access for a guest?
