I have a 6 month stay up in scotland coming up, its the usual Monday to Friday GIG and have been looking for an IHG Property close by, I envisage the 96 nights or so I plan to stay will pay for next years holidays on points and hopefully having stayed in 4 IC's already this year after a nudge to customer services get me an RA (Heres hoping...)

The only close ones I have found is the Edinburgh based hotels raining from 9 to 10 miles away.

I did a google and saw old posts for a HI in Livingston by the m8 does anyone know if this as gone as its not showing up anywhere, have they left the brand or was it a phantom hotel?

Does anyone have any experience of staying up and around Livingston? The traffic etc and the location of the closest IHG?

I can only really find Best Western or Marriot close in Livingston.
