In fact, I think I've been more than fair in providing feedback regarding my experiences on AC as well as US carriers. Below is a small sample.

Because I feel I've been quite fair, I don't appreciate being labeled as "ignorant and/or in denial." As I've said repeatedly, comparing and ranking airlines is a very subjective topic. Some people care about the quantity of nuts they get (SFO777's comment); others don't care about not getting a meal in F on 3 hour flights (based on your comment regarding US). Some people place a lot of value on solid dividers between cabins (SFO777's comment), but I actually think US's lack of a wall of any kind between F and Y is great for legroom (see linked post above).
Clearly we will never reach a consensus on which North American airline is best. But if multiple third party sources have ranked AC above its peers, is it so hard to accept that perhaps, on the whole, the majority of people think slightly higher of AC? You are still free to disagree of course, but I don't see any need to get worked up over that.
