Sounds to me your angry at the SWISS agents in ZURICH and at TURKISH AIRWAYS? What does UA have to do with any of this except you used UA miles. The agent was right, they don't owe you anything from what you told me.....

At least you got someone at UA to listen to you. Good luck getting someone from TK on the phone. Also, the agents in ZURICH does not work for Swissair. They work for SWISSPORT which is owned by LX.
