When dealing with airlines, take notes - names and times. I was hung up on by a Delta rep. Called back with the rep's name, asked to speak with her higher-up, told her was happened and she was very apologetic and gave me $75.00 toward a flight within a year.

Next time I call an airline, I will record the call. Kentucky is a one-consent state for recording someone. I consent to myself and I'm good to go! California is a two-consent state. With a recording, we'll know exactly who said what in what tone!!!
