Well if you want a good laugh. Look at SQs F fare from NYC-ICN and then look at UAs.....UA charges almost $3000 MORE then SQ for F. And they can't use the MP argument as you get the miles on either carrier (and w SQ I get my PPS as well doing it 4-5 times a year (one way)
The prices to DXB are about 5K more then NY-SIN. Yes, it is quite funny that UA could even have that fare. I take the EK flight from JFK every month in F (just took it Sunday. Let's see.....for about the same price

--I get that GREAT F lounge in JFK and DXB
--I won't get into the service except to say UA772 from 1995 VS EK 380 w private suite, shower spa, bar/lounge in back etc etc.
