This appears to be a reference to the Ohana airport hotel. I am not familiar with this hotel but their web page says room rates start at $119 a night, which suggests to me that it isn't a luxury hotel. So I'm going to move this thread to the FT Hawaii forum where I expect the posters will be more familiar with the hotel and the immediate area.
