Acronyms I am happy with, because you can use capitals to differentiate between the acronym and the pluralising S (DVDs, VIPs, etc). No need to get messy with an apostrophe.

Something like "dos" is much harder... How about contracting it using the classic 'n' and just have Do's'n'don't's? Or just use "s and s"
