I'm assuming you're doing this on a single ticket and flying NCE-GVA on LX. Assuming your NCE-GVA is on time, there really won't be a problem, for either you or the bags. The NCE flight will end up on the French side and that might mean it's an apron/bus position - depends on where the plane is being used to next. Not sure how you will have to go, but probably towards the Swiss side and before getting to luggage reclaim go through the flight connections to the departures level. No security check needed, but you will go through passport control on your way to the long-haul gates.
