http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/other...ence-here.html thread, the last couple of times that I have requested upgrades from EVA, I've been put on the (priority) waitlist. Both times after a day or so, I call the TPE Diamond line after talking to the local EVA office and the agents there always seem to work something out for me. Perhaps this is a new strategy we can use?
It also seems that the reps English language skills on the TPE Diamond line are better than the BR reps in the U.S.
