I may be wrong because this was in my very early days of BA flying but I seem to recall that BA operated Super Shuttles to BHX from LHR. In the early days of the super shuttle flights I believe you could pay onboard like on a bus.
The Shuttle, then Super Shuttle (with meals to compete with new entrant BD) and then back to Shuttle operated to Glasgow, Edinbugh, Belfast (BFS) and Manchester. But don't recall BA offering a BA service let alone a Shuttle branded operation.
