I just got approved for the standard 40K offer which offers 25K on first purchasee plus 5K when a user is added and 10K upon $25k spend in calendar year.

I was looking at my united mileage plus account and noticed an offer for a
65k award card for united plus members. you get 50k on first purchase instead of 25k and the rest is the same. I tried to call Chase to get switched to the better offer but the person I spoke to could not find the offer.

I went ahead and applied for the 65K card and of course got the message that my application was pending since I alread applied for one Chase card. Do you think if I call back they will see that I applied for the 65k offer and switch me over to that one?
