Thanks for the story gglave. I'm sorry you couldn't enjoy San Diego.

So to summarize, regarding IRROPS:
Best service if you book with a high ticket TA.
Second best service if you book on the airline's site directly.
Worst case case is if you book with a consolidator site.
Correct?
