New terminals will be staffed with the same folks from old terminals. The hope is there will be more lanes but the speed of processing in a lane shouldn't change. If you are not familiar with India or never been there then I suggest those breathing masks for couple of days until you get used to the pollution. You were focusing on inventory 10 month out so I am assuming you will be in India around Mar-Apr 2013 which can be hot as hell. So keep those things in consideration.
