So EXP dilution makes it less attractive, and you want AA to dilute it further? Do you think AA should give EXP only to those who fly 50K in the first 6 months, or should the second six months get it too? How about any consecutive six month period? Why should AA be so fussy about year-ends? How about 50K miles in November-April?

AA already has an award level for 50K miles. They call it Platinum.

What would I do in your situation? Figure out where I would like to fly that would get me 15,000 miles in 7 months.
