Zürich
I booked a hotel only 5 minutes walk from the Main Station. I went walking around town, had dinner with a friend, then went out at night. I made friend with many Swiss at the bar.


Luzern/Interlaken
New Year Eve, I took a train to Luzern, the weather was not good, so I did not spend too much time there. After walking around for few hours, I took the train to Interlaken, then Bern, and Lausanne.

My Thai friend and his partner picked me up. We had a fun New Year countdown party at their house along with few other friends that I know. I was the only person who was not a couple in the party, well my other half stayed with the dogs in Seattle. I spent 2 nights in Lausanne and one night in Zermatt.
