You'll be in I5, which leads to the Douglas Crossing (aka Peace Arch). In order to use the Pacific Hwy (aka Truck) Crossing, you need to exit onto Hwy 543 just before you hit the border. Once you're across head north on Hwy 15, and turn left on 8th ave to rejoin the freeway (depending on where you're going)

Personally I like the truck crossing better; and they've redone the Nexus lane, so it's on the sensible (left side)
