There are quite a few more routes than I thought when I first saw this. (I had looked at Austin first and only saw three destinations.) Here is the full (I think) list of Texas routes as of now:

In addition to the "hub" routes above and connections you can construct from them, there is a direct route between Del Rio and San Angelo.
Of course most Texas cities have poor public transportation, so without renting a car or tapping family/friends, it will be challenging to make this new service as useful as service such as that between big cities in the Northeast.
The Austin stop is on the edge of the University of Texas campus, so it should be a huge hit with students. The Austin-Dallas and Norman-Dallas routes could revolutionize travel for one particular weekend every fall.
