I love this aspect of SW too, but I really think they should have an easy way that you can see and access your existing travel funds online, rather than having to keep the confirmation numbers written on scraps of paper. I understand it is more profitable the way they do it (many people lose track of their travel funds) but it would really be a nice improvement.
