"Keep Climbing" is a registered trademark of Delta, but obviously the "similar goods or services" provision would likely exclude any legal issues; still surprised they used it.
In a related story, WVU announced that students will now have to attend twice as many sporting events to earn enough loyalty points for priority football game seating, but additional points can be earned by signing up for the university-branded credit card.
