Very hard to tell. DL.dumb's POS logic on revenue tickets gives me prices ex-UK that I can't get from agents, so who knows what happens with awards.

It's so hit or miss since AF made some system changes this spring that prevented all AF/KL business class awards from being bookable by DL agents. Then it was HKG/SIN could book, but no one else could. Now we can see them, but what shows up on DL.dumb doesn't follow much rhyme or reason. I've seen seats that will only show up on DL.dumb if searching for a round trip and others that show up on one-way searches and disappear once you search round trip. I know DL.dumb is broken, but I swear this is at least partially on FB.

Interesting. I guess it's worth a try, but given that long sells have not historically been required for AF/KL, I imagine it will be hard persuading agents to try it.

I have a feeling that this is also an issue for SM.
I see the same availability regardless of route (i.e. C1-C2 or C2-C1), so I have always assumed that the country of your FF# decides POS. My wife's number is based in a different country and she sees different availability than me for a given route/dates.
KL is notorious for married segment logic on award redemption. This cannot be circumvented by DL agents either in 90+% of cases. Interesting on country of FF# deciding POS. I wonder how that works for DL…is everyone with a DL number treated as US?
