I would say certainly not. Whilst a superior service should be expected in CW over WT and WT+, my reason for choosing CW, and I'm sure it's the same for many, is the seat comfort, flat bed position, privacy, and additional space. There are some other benefits but to be honest quality of service comes at a low priority on my list of reasons.

Now, F is something else. There a better service is in my eyes an imperative part of the product and there can be no excuse for it not being so.
