I redeemed two roundtrip biz class tickets two years in a row using Skymiles on AF/KLM flights between US-Europe and Dubai-US without any issues as long as you plan ahead (my case 8 months out), FB has classic seats available, and you are flexible with the dates. 120K miles per ticket with less than $200 taxes each is the best deal.
