hi, i have about 120k points
i want to use some for a $790 hotel reservation
how would that work? would it let me use 40k or only 20k and pay the rest?

also, like everyone else here, i cant see the option to redeem the points when i go to book on travelocity.com
my travelocity amex card is the only card on my travelocity account

so far i have only spoken to worthless overseas reps reading off a script telling me it should be there and then hanging up on me eventually as i insisted its not. some rep tried sending me to usbank.gov which doesnt even exist and another insisted i goto travelocityincentives.com which has nothing to do with the amex card...
