OK, here are the instructions I have....

Convert Power Rewards® points to Aeroplan Miles (1,000 points =1,000 miles).
How to Convert
1) Log on to your BankAmericard® Power Rewards® account at www.bankofamerica.com/powerrewards
2) Choose Travel
3) Select Aeroplan
4) Convert your Points to Miles in increments of 1,000 points
5) Your Aeroplan mileage account will be updated within 24 hours

It works fine up until Step 3... when I click Aeroplan I get redirected to what looks like an invalid page... it simply says "Login" at the top and "Sitekey Widget" on the page... when I click Sitekey widget it pops up another dialog that says... "Authentication Required: The server wwwui-sit01.bankofamerica.com:443 requires a username and password. The Server says: CFC", I obviously tried my same username/password but it does not work.

Please help... I called BOA three times and keep getting redirected and no one has a clue on how to help... has anyone else seen this or when you log in does it work fine for you?
