Does anyone know if it does any good to compliment a Delta Connection (ASA in this case) employee? He was probably the friendliest, most helpful, and most professional flight attendant I have ever experienced. I actually felt good about flying on a regional jet because of him, and it was on a crj200.
I've been wondering the same. I dug out a JWD cert on a flight last week and even started filling it out before I saw the fine print. Compass (and other regional carrier) employees are exempt.
I figured that telling DL might not do much good considering they don't have personnel files on those folks.
