A standard Towers room will be garden or city view and the upgrade will be to a harbour view room ( there are two sizes of harbour view rooms and it is hard to say which one you will get ). I am a Sheraton guy and have been staying there since they tore the original Hyatt down in 1999 but would be tempted to try the Hyatt in your case. It is cheaper, you will get a suite and have club access and it is much newer. Your downside is you will not have the Sheraton's harbour view. The area around the Hyatt and K11 is very nice and there is a lot to do right there as there is with the Sheraton. As for the IC Grand Stanford it is in East TST which is a 5 minute or so walk from the other hotels. There are restaurants and bars right there but that location is not as good as the other two hotels although it is right on the water.
