IAH seems to have suffered the same fate -- I keep hoping that one of the two rotations will regrow a second deck but there's no sign of it at present.
It's not just UD CW that's miles better in a 747, either -- F in the 777 is significantly diminished by (if we're talking plain English) having the toilets located in the kitchen. The 777-300ER will at least be better in that regard.
