Thanks for the info, but back to the OP. Why have we lost one of our 747's on the LAX route? I need my 64K to get a good nights rest. I guess I'll have to blow 25K Avios on an upgrade to F.

Is the 777 a placeholder for the A380? Did they really need the 747 elsewhere or has it been retired?
