Same happened to me in April on TBS-WAW. Funnily, miles for the next leg on the same ticket (WAW-DUS) was properly credited. Seems that I teleported from TBS to WAW and boarded there.

Unfortunately I'm required to attach my original BPs to my mission claims so I will never get those miles.
