I believe it would, it has been covered
that ANY rate that earns ANY points qualifies.
I checked the Dallas Love Field Park Inn Jun 23rd.
30PCTOFF yields $70++ instead of $99++.
It doesn't look like the 30OFF can combine with C+P,
which is $60+ and 5K points.
