I believe the premium TSA lines are in the South and North check points attached to the T-concourse. I don't use them anyway since they are typically slower.
However this morning (my first flight as GM, btw. yay, advancing from FO hell), there was an airport agent standing at the Special Assistance lane calling for Sky Priority passengers. Of course I jumped onto the pretty short lane and enjoyed the first perk of being GM.
Is this something new at ATL? or was it just a special case this morning?
IME the airport workers at ATL are generally pretty good at temporarily redirecting traffic when things get busy. The recognition of SP, I would imagine, is more a function of DL's overwhelming presence at ATL.
Also, I think the south TSA checkpoint is the only one with SP and PreCheck lines. Not sure if other airlines have their elite lines at north, as I'm almost never over there. The main checkpoint is all general lines and reminds me of a select-a-quest, though it does move pretty quickly considering the sheer volume of humanity...
