I'm actually surprised it took this long for someone frustrated with just enough info to come along and start posting things in the open. But then again, it's arguably happened multiple times along the way.
What is consistent with the game played on this thread is to deny posters who have been around almost 10 years limited information even in email.
SO although you feel you have earned the right to DENY psoters information I want to help a few which is NOT your intention.
The refusal to cooperate and you surely are one of those on this thread is the worst I have seen in 10 years on FT.
