Lounge Access on Domestic First Class Ticket

I don't fly purely domestic much, so I can't remember....

I am a 1K member. I have a confirmed seat in First class, SFO to BOS. I got it via a regional upgrade that cleared a couple of days before. I tried to enter the lounge. They scanned my BP, and then asked if I was a member or on an international ticket. I said, "no, but this is in First class." They said, "but we don't have a domestic lounge here."

Really? Could have sworn I used the lounges before flying purely domestic.

and on the web...

Is this correct?!?
