I've done it before, when the price was right, and I really want to do it again. A great value offer for where and what and when we want. But ...

… the VS site [having let me type in all the information needed] then tells me "You have taken too long [over 20 minutes] and your session has timed out. Please try again".

Now actually, it took around 5 minutes to re-type everything … and after 3 attempts we gave up for the day. I seem to remember this happening back in 2010, before finally getting the booking and giving VS money.

Is this unusual? Typical? Do I phone instead? Any advice appreciated, of course.

[PS - is VS cross that I haven't used my Flying Club membership number for years? ]
