"Name not on passenger list"?
I was wondering if anyone else has had problems registering miles retroactively.
I fly LOT AMS-WAW-POZ on a weekly basis, yet can NEVER get M&M to register my miles. Submitting a request invariably turns up with "name not on passenger list" in my M&M account overview.
M&M has asked me to submit the original BP by mail to them, but is it strange that due to these problems I am reticent to mail my original bp's?
I literally have 16 bp's sitting here, I just don't get the problem. If I submit my flight#, ticket#, name exactly as on ticket/bp, how hard can it be to register the miles/segment?
FWIW: Eurobonus seems to have the same problem, I submitted a request and got the same answer. Of course, LOT directs me to M&M.
